Etienne P. Chollet

I'm an ML engineer in Adrian Dalca's lab at Massachusetts General Hospital and MIT CSAIL. I develop methods to analyze and represent biomedical images.

Current research
Representation learning, generative models, synthetic and weak supervision, and interactive segmentation in 3D biomedical imaging.
